It's THIS WEEKEND folks - the build has begun and the buzz is MASSIVE

It looks like the DJ Fresh & Dizzee track 'The Power' is nailed on to go straight to number 1 in the charts - click the featured image below to listen - will Fresh dive across from Ballast Hills to Spillers Wharf to join Dizzee on stage? The only way to find out is to be there ;)

If you know anyone who still hasn't got their tickets yet you best chivvy them up as tickets are selling very very swiftly - we wouldn't want anyone hoping to attend to leave it too late - tickets can be purchased online here or from City Centre HMVs and independent record stores

Local talent is going to shine...
With local artistes The Lake Poets opening the festival followed an hour or so later by Lulu James it's great to see North East talent breaking through - both artist are in the ascendance so make sure you are on site early to catch them - click the get2know image below to have a look/listen at a little collaboration they did together on the rather incredible Flow Mill on The Quayside - if you haven't visited yet it's worth checking out

Evolution App now available...
This years Evolution App is now available for iPhones and Android smartphones - it's got some canny features including the latest updates, build your own schedule, stage times appear on the app at approx 11am each day and it has a whole host of money off vouchers that you can use on site - it costs £1.49 and it's pretty nifty - to download search EVOLUTION FESTIVAL at your App Store
